Shipping FAQ

Our pies are made when ordered which requires a 48-hour lead time. Shipping days are Monday through Friday during office hours. We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday. If your order is not placed until 3:00 pm then it may not be processed until the following business day.

Maxine’s Café & Bakery ships all over the state of Texas using UPS or FedEx. Please no P.O. Box address. Once the package has left our facility, Maxine’s Café & Bakery cannot assume responsibility for any issues due solely to delivery time.

Unexpected weather days my affect timelines, ship dates and delivery dates. If you are placing an order for a time sensitive event, we recommend placing your order early and schedule it to arrive 1-2 days before your event.

We do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside of our control.

There are no returns, refunds or cancelations allowed on any orders that have been shipped. If an item arrives damaged or spoiled, please call our restaurant at 512-303-0919 within 14 days of your delivery and we will determine an appropriate solution.

Our pies are shelf stable and do not require refrigeration, although they can be refrigerated upon arrival to extend the freshness of the product. In most cases, it is normal for our frozen products to thaw in transit partially or fully.
